Kastour Egypt for Industry & Trading S.A.E was established in 1999

Kastour Egypt for Industry & Trading is located in the 10th of Ramadan City (one of the major industrial cities) in the heavy industry area 50 km from Cairo on an area of 25,530 m² works by more than 600 engineers and technical staff of the most efficient experiences.

The factories have annual production capacity of 1200 buses, 600 Trucks, 300 trailers / tipper / tank and special equipment annually.

The company started production of trailers, semi-trailers, dumps and tanks.

The company has produced all models of trailers and semi-trailers for all purposes from 15 to 120 tons.

In 2000, KASTOUR began to produce buses with a license granted by Bus CONSULT Germany to build bus structures, and built these buses on more than one type of mechanical components.

In 2009, KASTOUR became also an authorized trading partner of MAN Truck & Bus in Egypt, the MAN transport of Germany in all its models, as well as the construction of KASTOUR on MAN mechanical components.

The production of buses (Kastour) is the result of the joint co-operation between the experience of MAN, BUS CONSULT and the Egyptian skilled hands of KASTOUR.

It provides a wide range of all the needs of Egyptian and foreign markets of buses in all its forms and sizes of public service buses inside and outside cities as well as buses for employees and schools and even luxury tourist buses with special equipment at the highest level of airports and mobile meeting halls.

We have exceeded the limits of normal production to cover the requirements of the era of environmental preservation and non-pollution of the production of buses operated by natural gas.

The company has supported the management of the design of the three-dimensional software “pro Engineer 3D”, which achieves global accuracy, and provides the flexibility to develop the company’s products to keep pace with the wishes of the client.

In addition to the development and modernization of its products to meet the needs of the customer and the market, Kastour also makes every effort to cover the service, maintenance and spare parts for its customers from the far north to the far south of Egypt through its service stations located in Alexandria, Cairo, Minya,Luxor, Hurghada, Arish and Aswan. Toshka, including fully operational stations and stations under construction, as well as mobile service vehicles (a complete workshop) to serve customers in their places as soon as the service is requested by telephone.
